Westminster Baseball Association (WBA) is excited to announce its 13th annual golf tournament on Friday, May 29th at the Links at Gettysburg Golf Course to help raise money for the baseball league. The money raised will go to purchasing new equipment for the league as well as, field maintenance projects to keep the fields safe and playable for all skill levels.
To enhance our fundraising efforts, we are seeking a variety of prizes and gift cards that your company would be willing to donate for this great event. Anything and everything will help to better the event and attract more local parents to play, which in turn, helps us to raise more money for WBA.
WBA is a non-profit organization and is a proud member of and is sponsored by the Carroll County Recreation and Parks. WBA operates a sound baseball program for boys and girls in Carroll County and helps promote the great game of baseball to kids from the ages of 5 to 18. WBA is an "ALL VOLUNTEER" organization which is essential to maintain a quality program while keeping participation fees affordable to our local families. Our past and present volunteers have put in countless hours and hard work to make sons and daughters playing experience enjoyable.
Our program provides baseball to over 400 familiies in Carroll County. Your donation will not only assist in our fundraising efforts, but will allow you to promote your business to those local families. Please contact David Downs at 410-218-2710 to discuss donations and learn more about WBA.
